Nathan is an Associate in our corporate division. He advises on corporate matters both national and international, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, group reorganisations and share capital maintenance.

 

Nathan acts for clients across a wide range of sectors including financial services, living, mobility, retail & consumer and technology. 

 

 

 

• Reliance Brands on its joint venture with Superdry in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh 

 

• Five Arrows, the alternative investment arm of Rothschild & Co, on its acquisition of Rimes – a leading provider of EDM (enterprise data management) as-a-service and investment platform solution to the global community 

• Lloyds Development Capital on their MBO and investment into the Message Direct group, a call answering service provider

• NVM (as well as other selling shareholders) on the exit from Pareto Facilities Management to Pictet Private Equity

• the selling shareholders of GovGrant on their sale to US buyer Source Advisors

• Treun Capital on its investments into global technology firm Amulet Hotkey and property consultants Cluttons LLP
