Relevant Experience

• Represented Wave Entertainment PLC on its USD 26 million acquisition of Efficient English Services Ltd., a franchisee of Wall Street English, one of the largest chains of English language schools in Thailand.
• Represented InVent, a corporate venture capital arm of INTOUCH Holdings Public Company Limited (formerly known as SHIN CORP) in its acquisition of 25% equity stake in Ookbee Company Limited, Computerlogy Company Limited and Meditech Company Limited.
• Represented Matchbox Company Limited, a subsidiary of INTOUCH Holdings Public Company Limited (formerly known as SHIN CORP) and a leading advertising company, and its management directors in connection with on-going labor lawsuit matters relating to unfair dismissal and demand for severance pay and compensation for unfair dismissal.
• Represented a Chinese holding company, a leading stainless steel industry, in successfully defending itself against an anti-dumping original investigation proceeding on flat cold-rolled stainless steel sheet against its stainless steel products.
• Represented a Chinese company in successfully defending itself against a safeguard investigation on woven fabrics of cotton and woven fabrics of synthetic staple fibers against its products.
• Represented a world leading automobile company in setting up and operating the plant to manufacture automobile electronic devices at industrial Estate in Thailand.
• Advised Rangsit Plaza in extension of lease terms and Future Park Leasehold Property Fund in the fund’s additional investment, capital increase and listing of increased property fund units.
• Advised a hotel operator and its management in a series of civil and criminal lawsuits against a listed company in connection with the disputes under the commercial contracts.
• Advised Al Raya Limited (an investment vehicle of the Emir of Bahrain) in connection with on-going dispute resolution matters affecting its Sofitel Sukhumvit Hotel in Bangkok.
• Advised a Spanish traffic system company with respect to unfair dismissal.
