Full range of immigration assistance 

Qian Wang provides a full range of immigration support services. She supervises the team’s workload, assists attorneys to internalize client needs and ensures prompt client service. Qian also:

• Prepares and files nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, PERM Labor Certification applications, adjustment of status applications and responses to Department of Labor PERM audits and USCIS Requests for Evidence.
• Performs case intake and assignment, assists with case strategy development, and monitors workload and production.
• Analyzes case data and creates standard and customized reports using case management systems.
• Devises best practices in the areas of legal project management, training, reporting and quality assurance.

Qian aims to deliver exceptional client service by being highly responsive, communicating effectively and following through on her commitments.
