Raksa Chan has more than seven years of experience in specializing in labor law matters and industrial relations, with a particular focus on the garment, textiles and footwear sectors. She holds a master's in labor law, corporate governance from the University of Bristol, UK, and a master's in public international law from the Transnational Law and Business University, Seoul, South Korea. Additionally, she has a bachelor's degree in law from the Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia, and prior to that, she graduated with a bachelor's degree in international relations from the University of Cambodia.
