Randall has devoted a quarter of a century to the practice of law. Recently, his long-time focus on Labor & Employment Law has been expanded to include Immigration & Nationality. Chambers and Partners, a magazine of authority in assessing attorneys, has rewarded Randall’s years of outstanding work with a top ranking. As his Labor & Employment practice dictates, Randall assists companies in labor planning and structuring, labor policies, compensation and benefits of the executive staff, and labor regulatory advice. He also has extensive experience in labor litigation. Randall joined BLP in 2003 and became a partner in 2016. He initially worked at Chiquita Brands before leaving to become a manager at the international accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers and later on, KPMG. He was also Regional Human Resources Director at the multinational corporation Cemex for three years. Randall graduated from the School of Law of the Universidad de Costa Rica, and has a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Monterrey (Costa Rica), where he also was a professor until 1997. Randall is currently the Employment Relations Director for Latin America at the Federation of Human Resources Associations, and Chairman of the Costa Rican Association of Human Resource Managers. Randall is based in San José, Costa Rica.
