Profile
Richard W. Epstein is partner with the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. He co-manages the Firm’s complex litigation and class action defense practice and routinely appears in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the country. Mr. Epstein and his team can assist various types of clients with litigation and arbitration involving highly regulated industries including timeshare, sales and marketing, debt relief, labor and employment, contract disputes and securities.
Mr. Epstein is a member of the firm’s Management Committee, which is responsible for various firm issues such as hiring, firm accounting, and also serves on the firm’s Foundation Committee.
Mr. Epstein is a member of the American Bar Associations, and is an Finra Arbitrator.
He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Tulane University. He then went on to earn his law degree from Florida State University, where he was a member of the Law Review.
