Russell Nevers is a Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Salt Lake City office and a member of the Litigation practice group. He represents companies and individuals in a broad variety of civil matters, including contract disputes, real estate disputes, partnership/shareholder disputes, employment disputes, non-compete, non-solicitation, and other restrictive covenant disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition, fraud, defamation, post-judgment enforcement/collection, commercial foreclosure, and other civil disputes. Mr. Nevers represents clients in state and federal courts throughout Utah and Arizona and in mediation and arbitration.

Mr. Nevers practiced commercial litigation in the greater Phoenix, Arizona, area under the tutelage of one of Arizona’s leading attorneys on trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation. After returning to Salt Lake City, Mr. Nevers continued his development, where he was fortunate to learn from well-respected lawyers in a variety of practice areas, focusing primarily on business and employment litigation.
