Sarah A. Slaughter concentrates her practice in employment litigation including counseling and defending corporations in a large spectrum of employment-related issues, such as discrimination complaints, unpaid wages, minimum wage and overtime issues. Ms. Slaughter has significant experience in matters brought under Title VII, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ADEA and equivalent civil rights state statutes and in litigating in multiple jurisdictions. Ms. Slaughter also routinely responds to administrative complaints filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor and equivalent state agencies. She has gained extensive experience in counseling and training human resources and management involving compliance with federal and state employment laws.

In addition, she represents several leaders in the timeshare industry, including the largest privately-held timeshare and vacation ownership company in the U.S., handling a wide array of matters ranging from initial compliance with applicable state and federal laws to commercial litigation defense.
