Profile

As a partner in the firm's Property Law practice, Sarah has considerable expertise in commercial, residential and property development transactions. This work includes condominiums, land purchases, and advisory work to both local and international clients. In addition Sarah assists both lenders and borrowers in their commercial and residential property security arrangements and acts for a variety of brokers.
Probate and Estate Administration is also an area of Sarah's practice, particularly in the areas of compliance with local regulatory requirements and estate asset distribution. A specific aspect of Sarah's practice is also in terms of TCI residency migration based upon the purchase of TCI real estate.

Bar Admissions
Sarah was admitted to the Bar of England & Wales and to the Bar of the Turks & Caicos Islands in 1998.

Education
Sarah is a law graduate of Nene College, University of Leicester and completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law.

Professional Career

Significant Accomplishments
Sarah has contributed extensively to the local TCI community and has served as an alternate chair person on the National Insurance Appeals Board, as a member of the TCI Broadcasting Commission and a member of the Board of Governors of TCI Community College.

Professional Associations
As a past president of the Turks and Caicos Islands Bar Association, Sarah has also served on the Property Committee and the Legislative Amendment Committee of the Bar Association.
