Profile

A member of the labor and employment team, Sean-Patrick focuses on defending employers in high-stakes employment matters.

Sean-Patrick regularly defends Fortune 500 companies against all manner of workplace-related claims in both state and federal courts as well before regulatory agencies and arbitration panels. His focus is defending employers against single and multi-plaintiff claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination , retaliation and PAGA. He also has extensive experience litigating claims of unfair competition, employee raiding, and class action wage and hour claims. 

In addition to his litigation practice, Sean-Patrick provides training to several Fortune 500 companies on a wide spectrum of workplace and human resources management issues, including legal and regulatory compliance. He regularly provides clients with strategies for handling affirmative action/EEO initiatives, employee recruitment and onboarding, worker classification concerns, privacy and data management issues, progressive discipline programs, reductions in force, leaves of absence, employee complaints and workplace investigations. He has extensive experience drafting all types of employment agreements, policies and handbooks.

Sean-Patrick has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine in the area of employment and labor since 2015. Active in pro bono work, Sean-Patrick has volunteered for the Los Angeles County Bar Association Domestic Violence Project and the Partners for Women & Justice's Domestic Violence Project.

He is admitted to practice before the US District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey, as well as the US Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.
