Stephanie’s practice focuses on labor and employment litigation.
Stephanie is a results-driven employer-side lawyer with 23+ years managing and defending complex litigation and large-docket, single-plaintiff cases for unionized and non-unionized multi-state, national and global corporations. Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Labor and Employment, Stephanie has achieved dismissal or advantageous settlement in approximately ninety percent of cases.Stephanie has extensive experience managing state-wide and regional dockets of administrative, arbitration and litigation cases for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 corporations, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation and trade secret/non-competition claims. She also defends complex employee collective and class action lawsuits asserting wage and hour and Title VII, ADA and similar claims brought by private individuals and federal agencies.
Stephanie routinely advises corporate executives and in-house counsel regarding legal rights, obligations and opportunities with respect to single and large-scale employee issues under both federal and state law, with an emphasis on Texas and California. Her representations encompass employers in a diverse range of industries including staffing, technology, transportation, hospitality, automotive and manufacturing.
Stephanie is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, US Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuits, the US District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, and all Texas courts.
