Vadym Samoilenko has advised, inter alia:
- BBC regarding employment matters for its representative office in Ukraine;
- Facebook on granting restricted stock to its employees;
- Google regarding the electronic signature regime in Ukraine;
- Hansgrohe in corporate and employment matters concerning its subsidiary and representative office in Ukraine;
- Philip Morris on regulatory, corporate, contract, and labour matters;
- SAB Miller on the transfer of its Ukrainian brewery into a joint venture with Efes;
- Siemens on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including establishment of new legal entity, as well as drafting constituent documents, by-laws and other corporate documents;
- Visa regarding an employee share offering;
- a major European airline on a wide range of Ukrainian legal matters, including corporate governance streamlining, personnel employment, outsourcing, training and licensing, obtaining work and residence permits for foreign employees, compensating employees and contractors, hiring and dismissing company's managers, and taxation of airline operations;

Mr. Samoilenko is a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association, the Kyiv Region Bar Association and The Corporate Governance Council for National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine.
Professional Activities and Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Samoilenko worked for leading Ukrainian investment companies Alfa Capital, ENSTI and the Western NIS Enterprise Fund as Legal Advisor and Polar-Invest as Chief Legal. Also, he was an associate with law firms in Kyiv (Ukraine) and Chicago (USA), an intern with the House of Commons of the Canadian Federal Parliament.
He served as Official Court Expert licensed by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, lectured at the Kyiv Institute of Investment Management (1998-1999) and at a number of professional conferences and seminars.
Mr. Samoilenko served pro bono on a number of task forces to draft laws (including the Laws of Ukraine "On Joint Stock Companies", "On Securities and Stock Market", "On Digital Electronic Signature"), regulations and clarifications of the Securities and Exchange State Commission of Ukraine.
