Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Shi practiced law for eight years with Baker McKenzie LLP Shanghai Representative Office and for five years with Yuanda Law Offices. Ms. Shi focuses her practice on compliance (specifically anti-bribery, FCPA, anti-monopoly, competition laws and related risk assessment and investigations), general corporate, and regulatory and governmental affairs.
Ms. Shi is experienced in dealing with both Chinese and international legal matters and has handled many complex cases and significant projects for both international and domestic clients in a variety of areas. She represents clients across diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, life sciences, automobile, food and beverage, entertainment, industrial product manufacturing, retail and technology industries, etc. She also has extensive experience in dealing with government inquiries and investigations from various compliance aspects (including anticorruption, anti-trust, anti-unfair competition, government procurement, and bidding compliance, etc.)

Ms. Shi graduated from Shanxi University with a Bachelor of Law degree as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She later received an LL.M. degree from the University of Warwick in the U.K
