Experts from the Private Clients and Tax practices prepared the Russian chapter for the Thomson Reuters Practical Law Private Client Global Guide. This overview covers the current status of key legal issues that are of concern to wealthy clients: individual tax reporting; currency control issues; family and inheritance law; the ownership and inheritance of Russian and foreign real estate; trusts and other estate planning instruments; and the creation and financial support of charitable organizations.
