We are looking for a Billing Officer to assist the Finance and Accounting Department in tasks related to billing processes including the preparation and issuance of invoices.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• • Preparing invoices in compliance with firm standards
  • Ensuring precise and clearly organized billing of the departments’ offered services
  • Performing the invoicing procedure and appropriately sending out invoices
  • Coordination and assistance with invoice review and revision by partners and senior associates
  • Keeping track of invoices and bill payments
  • Assisting the finance and accounting departments as needed

Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Willingness to work extra hours as and when required
  • Service orientation, high accountability, and thoroughness
  • Ability to operate under pressure and fulfill deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric mindset
  • Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Fair command of both written and spoken English
  • Able to begin work immediately
