About the Role
As we continue to expand our firm, we are seeking to hire a Human Resource and Administrative Manager (HR & Admin Manager) to join our firm. Scope of work
Position
As an HR & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for the overall HR and administrative function of the firm. The main areas of responsibility include recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits and training (including mentoring, supporting mental health and inclusivity/diversity).
Key success factors
The HR & Admin Manager must establish and maintain good relationships with the partners and all levels of staff. He/She must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and be seen by all staff as reliable and trustworthy.
The HR & Admin Manager must be proactive in fulfilling his/her key responsibilities (as identified in detail below). He/she must have an understanding of best practices and current trends in law firm HR management in Thailand and in the region. His/Her vision must be aligned with the firm’s vision.
Key responsibilities
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing key areas of a human resource department not limited to:

- Managing the entire recruitment process, which includes the pre-onboarding and onboarding process;
- Conducting annual performance management review;
- Reviewing annual employee compensation and benefits;
- Conducting training and mentoring including mental health support;
- Supporting annual company activities such as retreats, annual celebrations, internal town halls, company trips, etc;
- Becoming the key contact person for administrative matters including ensuring the firm has enough supplies and resources to continue running smoothly;
- Liaising and communicating with suppliers where necessary;
- Maintaining personnel records and ensure they are kept confidential; and
- Other responsibilities in the areas of HR and administrative functions of the firm.
