Business in the Digital Age - Episode 5: Adam Wagner
Susanna Reid from ITV’s Good Morning Britain calls him “the barrister who kept the legal receipts”. Put simply, Adam knows more about the Covid regulations which upended our lives from March 2020 onwards than arguably anyone else in the country. During the pandemic, he acted for the Good Law Project’s challenge to the Metropolitan Police’s refusal to investigate the Downing Street parties and two key judicial reviews of the hotel quarantine system. He regularly acts in politically sensitive public inquiries and inquests. Adam also is a passionate advocate, educator and writer on human rights and can be heard regularly on TV and radio. He regularly writes for the publications like the New Statesman and Prospect.
In this podcast, Adam talks about why the rule of law is so important for us all—and businesses too.
The Business in the Digital Age podcast features interviews with changemakers, mould-breakers, future leaders and other leading figures, who show us what matters in the digital age, and accompanies the book 'Legal Practice in the Digital Age'.
