Counsel stressed the importance of technologies like AI and CMS software to increase preferences and awareness enhancing client familiarity to better guide conversation and approach. Very few in-house counsel felt technology could replace a lawyer's work; to the contrary, the expectation was that these tools would enhance the relationships if leveraged correctly.
